Re: release subdomain which I own from a separate Entra acct.

I own the domain xxxxxx (managed in GoDaddy).

It is currently attached to another Microsoft Entra tenant where I do not have Global Admin access.

I receive a 401 insufficient privileges error when trying to manage or remove the domain.

Please release the domains from the other tenant so I can add them to my current tenant (Fuerza Natural LLC).

I can verify ownership via DNS TXT records.

Thank you for the initial response Sridevi. I contacted the customer service phone numbers but when I voice my issue with the automated voice message it prompt me to resolve this matter via onlines support, and I am stuck in a loop. I think this matter can be resolved promptly with the assistance of an agent willing to screenshare me as I demonstrate owenrship of the domain, or any other alterante means but for now I am going in circles with no resolve.

Hello, The Data Protection Team and I have faile to connect. I have given them 1-3pm and 8-10pm today asa. timeframe. I hacve a case number but still have not been able to receive validation or confirmation of my request, nor follow up.

Thank you for sharing the details over private message.

The issue relates to an unable to verify custom domain name as it is verified in different directory in Azure.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
