The behavior is caused by the automatic spam and code-of-conduct filters on Microsoft Q&A. Sometimes perfectly valid posts are incorrectly flagged and deleted before they appear.

In these cases, the resolution is for a moderator to manually restore the post. Other users with the same symptom had their questions or answers brought back once a moderator reviewed items that were “killed by the spam filter” or “mistakenly flagged.”

• Create a brief meta-post in the Community Center describing that the question is being removed by the filter so moderators can locate and restore it (they can see and undelete the last version that was blocked).

Once restored, you can add more information by commenting or editing the restored question instead of reposting it from scratch.
