The behavior is caused by the automatic spam and code-of-conduct filters on Microsoft Q&A. Sometimes perfectly valid posts are incorrectly flagged and deleted before they appear.
In these cases, the resolution is for a moderator to manually restore the post. Other users with the same symptom had their questions or answers brought back once a moderator reviewed items that were “killed by the spam filter” or “mistakenly flagged.”
