I have received an email informing me that my OneDrive is full. at double capacity than I subscribed to. However, it is a different account I would normally use to log in with.

When I do log in to this account it says I have no devices that are connected to this account.

My current storage is only at 250GB and my storage amount is set to 5GB

I am just wondering if this is a scam email?

The email is from ******@infomail.microsoft.com

When hovering over a link, the link is as below.

    Hi,

A bit of a twist here - the Email is probably legit. But there have been a few reports that Microsoft is mistakenly sending emails about Storage being full.

As long as any of the Microsoft accounts you possess do not have storage full, you can simply discard the email.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
