Use the Microsoft Learn profile and the Pearson VUE flow to start the exam and, if the error persists, contact official support.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile that is associated with the certification account and open the Certifications tab.
    2. At the top under upcoming appointments, locate the PL-200 exam and select Go to the exam. This should redirect to Pearson VUE.
    3. On the Pearson VUE page, select the PL-200 exam under Purchased Online Exams, then choose Begin exam and complete the self check-in steps.
    4. If the Go to the exam link or the Pearson VUE page still shows “page not found,” try an InPrivate/Incognito browser session and repeat the steps.
    5. If the issue continues, immediately open a case with Microsoft Credentials support for exam-day help: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help.
    6. If the connection to the proctor is lost or the OnVUE page fails after launch, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat as described in the online exam guidance.
