Paid my subscription $108 on 04/12/26 still having licensing issue

I paid for my subscription on 04/12/26 $108. Unfortunately, I am still getting issue that I now need to pay $99 for subscription. Where will I find my renewal key?? Need some assistance.

Can you confirm that the subscription status is active via https://account.ive.com > subscriptions?
If so, are you still seeing license issue on the app level? In that case, in Word, Excel, etc, go to Files > Accounts > Update license, sign in again. See if that clears the issue.
