Build 26220.8283 is a Windows 11 Insider Preview build that is being released to devices in the Beta Channel via Windows Update. It is available as part of the normal Insider servicing flow: eligible Beta Channel devices will see it offered under Settings → Windows Update when Microsoft rolls it out.
There is no additional action required beyond checking for updates in Windows Update on a device enrolled in the Windows Insider Program Beta Channel.
