I'm trying to change my middle name on Microsoft Learn from just the initial to the full name, so that it matched my ID, as when I'm trying to book an exam it says my name must match my ID exactly.
When I try to change it on my profile settings page, I get an error message advising to contact Credentials Support, it then directs me to this link https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport which takes me to the Engage Hub.
The instructions says to confirm that “Learning” is selected, then Under Product or Service, confirm that “Microsoft Credentials” is selected.
But these aren't available options on that page, this is all I see:
Can anybody help me raise a ticket with Credentials Support? or can Credentials Support contact me please?

When I go to the Credentials Support link that you put in your post, I don't get the 'Create a new support request' page in your screenshot. I get the 'Engage Center Support for Business' that I put in my screenshot.
I think the link must be directing to the incorrect page, and as such I have no way of contacting Credentials Support.
How can we let them know the link is broken or have them contact me by email?
Has anybody got the full link and not the AKA link?
I've tried it on different devices, different browsers, testing from a VPN from a different country, I've even tried creating a new Microsoft Learn account. Ever way that link takes me to the 'Engage Center Support for Business', not the 'Create a new support request' like it should.
Please help, I need to book an exam asap, but at the minute my middle name just shows as the initial and not the full name, like it is on my ID.

Why, are you saying the link works for you?
Can you give me the full link and not the aka link please so I can try that?
If I use the AKA link of https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport it redirects me to https://engagehub.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AzureCXP_EngageHub/EngageHubMenu.MenuView/~/helpSupport/targetExperience/sfb

2026-04-25T18:40:43.77+00:00 Yeah it's a personal account. The email on the account is a gmail, not a company domain. If I go to account.microsoft.com if shows the Family section and such, so it looks like a personal account.
I've now tried creating two brand new Microsoft Learn accounts today, with different gmail addresses, but they are the same.
I've tried it in in-private/incognito mode, in different browsers, different laptops. I VPN'ed into my office an tried it from there. I've tried it on my phone using 5G, not Wi-Fi, and that does the same.
I'm at a total loss. All I need to do is change me middle name from R to Robert, so I can book an exam.
