Does anyone know how I can get assistance with redemption of "The Ultimate College bundle"?

I just purchased an HP Ominbook and successfully verified my academic enrollment. Yet, I have not received my free year of 365 nor have I received my code for a free Xbox controller. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have sent multiple emails to windowsstudentoffer@microsoft.com and received nothing back. I just want to get my free year of 365 and the xbox controller as promised.

    Redeem the Windows Back to School offer Customers who purchased an eligible device will be notified in two ways to validate their student status. After the new PC is set up, students will see an on-screen notification to validate their student status. Alternatively, students will also receive an email prompting them to validate their student status in the inbox of the email they used to set up their new PC. Redeeming your offer takes just a few steps: Step 1 – Student Verification: After clicking “Verify now” from the Windows screen or email, customers will be directed to the Microsoft Academic Verification page to fill out the form and provide their .edu college email address for verification. Step 2 – Claim the offer:

    • After student verification is completed and successful, customers will receive an email to claim the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, Microsoft 365 Premium subscription, and the unique promo code to redeem the custom controller in about 3 days.

    Please can you check your email for the email telling you how to activate your offer?

    This should be sent to the email address used to set up the new device that is required for the offer to work.
