How to fix settings app crashing whenever I go to Apps > startup and other page on my windows 11 pro PC?

I recently noticed that whenever I go to the settings > apps > startup apps my windows 11 pro settings app crashes in an unusual way.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to System - Recovery.

    Click the 'Reinstall Now' button in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section, then wait for that process to complete, that should resolve any system corruption that may have been caused by an update and this process will not affect your files, settings or installed apps.
