Printer permissions
I have the following setup.
Server running 2003 connected to a Windows 10 remote PC via Hamachi. The remote PC has a HP1020 laser printer attached which is shared.
I can log into the server from the Windows 10 machine and then go to add printer, printer on network, I can see the W10 machine and when I click on it the printer shows. After clicking on next a window opens and the system requires a user name and password. I have tried allsorts but fail to add this printer. My question is what user and password is being requested? Do I have to create one and on which computer must it be done. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My email mp@endresults.co.za
