To change the credit card used for Microsoft cloud services and get account/billing help in Australia, use both the self-service billing page and the Australia support phone number.
- Update the credit card for Microsoft 365/Azure online
- Go to the Microsoft account Payment options page: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
- Select Add a new payment method.
- Enter the new credit card details and save.

- If the subscription is tied to a different country/region
If the payment method must be associated with a different country, first change the account’s country/region, then add the new payment method:

- Change the country/region to the correct one.
- Return to the Payment options page and select Add a new payment method.
