Can no longer log in to Azure Portal to adminster my account

Trying to log in to Azure Portal, but I can not get past the Authenticator MFA piece. I've got Authenticator installed on my phone, but the code does not work and the push to phone never comes through. Is there any way to go back to receiving a code via text or email? Or, I'm open to other suggestions.
