Hi, I'm Rodrigo, and I will help you.
Try this website to convert your HWP files to DOCX:

The answer is correct but I am not an engineer and I do not know how to change the format from HWP to .DOCX Or another Word supported format I do not have a File format converter.

HWP (Hangul Word Processor) files are not a format that Word on Windows can open directly, so those files will not open in Word as they are.

To use the content in Word, the HWP files must first be converted to a format that Word supports, such as .docx. This typically requires opening the HWP file in software that supports HWP (for example, Hangul/Hancom Office or another HWP-compatible tool) and then saving or exporting the document as a .docx (or another Word-supported format). After conversion, the resulting .docx file can be opened and edited in Word.

This limitation is consistent with how Word behaves on other platforms when a file is in an unsupported format: the file simply cannot be opened until it is converted to a supported type.
