I can see that you have a Microsoft 365 Family Classic subscription which includes 1TB of OneDrive Storage, but right now your storage is display incorrectly. It is saying that the storage is full while the amount is only 14.3GB.
Here is what you can do:
- Try sign in to https://onedrive.live.com/login and refresh the storage view to confirm whether the extra 200 GB is showing there.
- Check your online OneDrive storage and make sure the OneDrive Recycle Bin online is empty.
- Also review your Outlook.com storage, because Microsoft cloud storage can include OneDrive files plus items such as Outlook attachments and inline images, and if either the mailbox storage or OneDrive storage is full, syncing and saving can be affected.
- If you have ever added a folder that was shared with you into your own OneDrive, check whether that folder is contributing to the storage usage as well.
If you have checked all of the above but your storage still displays wrong. Here is how to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance on this issue:
- Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
- In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
- In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
- You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
