RDS connection session broker issue

Hello!
Have configured Remote desktop Services host, all sims fine, most Users can connect to VMs but have 2 users which cannot.
RDS host runs on windows server 2022, on the elevation period.
The user who cannot join getting the message "The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote log-in", but they are in the same security group as other users.
Every time when they try to connect via RDS I see the error on RDS host:

Have already searched all topics that could be found, no result.
Maybe someone can help with this weird issue?

    Hi there,

    This error might occurs due to your server name being entered incorrectly within your RDP file.

    You can also have a quick check on this
    Set "Allow Log on through Remote Desktop Services"
    Add the user to the remote desktop services group
    Set "Allow users to connect remotely by using Remote Desktop Services"
    gpupdate /force on the RD host machine

    Problem solved by adding RDS host in security groups Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access AND Windows Authorization Access Group
