At this point, I am having to reinstall my Microsoft software a couple of times a week. This is a huge waste of my time and makes me largelly unproductive. Rather than download again and wait for the dreaded Something went wrong message, I thought I'd see whether this community can help.

    Hello Amy Henchey

Can you describe more detail what causing you to uninstall Microsoft 365 so many times?

Is there any error screen/message? If yes, can you take screenshot of it?

These questions can help me better understand the issue you are facing.

I look forward to hearing update from you, I'll be happy to help.
