By your answer I understand that Microsoft charges everyone who has Microsoft 365. Is that correct? I never paid before 2020. That was the only year I work from home.

You have posted to a user-to-user forum. Nobody here has access to your account and billing info.

The charges you mention indicate a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription (see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-personal/cfq7ttc0k5bf?msockid=3d7c9e3dfa2d635a38908822fba26275). When you no longer need the subscription, you will have to cancel it yourself through your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services . Hello Maria V Barrera

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, especially if the charges have continued longer than you expected. The first step is to sign in to the Microsoft account used for the purchase and review the order history at account.microsoft.com/billing to confirm exactly which subscription or service was charged.

If the charge does not look familiar, Microsoft also provides an “Investigate” option on the Manage your payments page to help review unexpected charges. For your reference: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft

If you need more help after checking the account with Microsoft Support, please follow these steps to connect with a live support agent:

    • Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and choose Microsoft 365 - Home Support
    • Type in "Live chat" and click Get Help - scroll down and click Contact Support
    • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and services - Billing and Account Profile questions as Category
    • You will be prompted with an option to chat with a live agent.

Additionally, please feel free to check this link on how to get refund a subscription: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription
