I want to cancel my subscription for microsoft office

I want to cancel my subscription for microsoft office. it was a mistake of the moment, havent used not once! But canot get into myaccount either, cant even find it. what to do?

    Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user to user support forum. I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene on billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

    In general, canceling a Microsoft 365 subscription is done by an administrator directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can find the standard step by step guidance here: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn 

    That said, you mentioned that you can’t get into your account at all and can’t even find it, so I’d like to understand your situation a bit better: 

    • When you say you can’t access the account, are you seeing an error when trying to sign in, or are you unsure which email address was used to create the subscription?  
    • Are you trying to sign in at the Microsoft 365 admin center, or on a different Microsoft sign in page?  
    • And when you say you can’t find the account, could you let me know which page or location you’ve already checked? 

    Having a little more clarity on where you’re getting stuck will really help me point you in the right direction and suggest the most appropriate next steps for your case.
