That said, you mentioned that you can’t get into your account at all and can’t even find it, so I’d like to understand your situation a bit better:
- When you say you can’t access the account, are you seeing an error when trying to sign in, or are you unsure which email address was used to create the subscription?
- Are you trying to sign in at the Microsoft 365 admin center, or on a different Microsoft sign in page?
- And when you say you can’t find the account, could you let me know which page or location you’ve already checked?
Having a little more clarity on where you’re getting stuck will really help me point you in the right direction and suggest the most appropriate next steps for your case.
