Technical issue during MS-102 exam delivery (Pearson vue Case ID: 41710777)

Description of Issue: On 23 April 2026, during the final 25 minutes of my MS-102 exam, the testing system experienced a severe technical failure. The system became completely unresponsive, and the on-site invigilator and I were forced to perform multiple reboots/power cycles on the workstation. For the final 20 minutes, the system remained frozen, preventing me from completing the required lab portion and performing necessary revisions.

The invigilator acknowledged the technical fault at the time and confirmed that a complaint was filed. However, Pearson VUE has formally denied my request for an exception, stating that "all items were presented." This conclusion is incorrect, as the system was non-functional for the duration of the lab failure.

I have spoken with Pearson VUE support in Abu Dhabi, and they requested that I wait for a further technical review. I am reaching out to the Microsoft Certification Support team to escalate this issue, as I was unable to complete the exam due to a platform failure beyond my control.

I request a formal review of the technical logs from this session and consideration for an exam retake. Please advise on the next steps for resolution.
