File Explorer shows no drives, just the menu bar

Good afternoon,
When I open File Explorer all it shows me is the menu ribbon. I have no footer or scroll bars. Everything below the ribbon is gone. If I open it from another app it's the same problem.

If I restart it from Task Manager it's OK until I close it, but blank again when I re-open.

It started around three weeks ago.

My version is:

Windows 11 insider pro

Version 25H2 OS Build 26220.8283

There is no Known File Explorer issue reported

in the build Blog.
