Where is the Azure Team? Help Please. Why Do I Use It If I Can't Get Support?

Days ago, our company's mobile phone broke down and the phone was reset. But we lost access to Microsoft Authenticator, so we lost access to the server on the Azure portal. Although we created support tickets many times, no one has yet taken care of our situation. Why can't the Microsoft Azure team solve a corporate customer's problem?
