DHCP Failover Secret requirements

Is Shared secret mandatory while configuring DHCP failover cluster (OS -2019) in corporate environments, if required any random secret works?? (for exmple "Sgt007@hkw).
What scenarios these secret will be required to input again future.

    Hello Rojith

    This code is used to authenticate messages sent between the two servers participating in DHCP Failover. It is just needed during the setup of the Failover.

    In case you forget the shared secret and was needed to reestablish the Failover, the recommended and faster way is to remove the relationship and create the Failover again. So, the shared secret is really only needed once.
