    Hi! Let me help you!

    Press Windows + R

    Type:

    shell:startup

    Then press Enter

    In the folder that opens:

    Right-click → New > Shortcut

    Browse to Outlook’s location (usually):

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE

(path may vary depending on your version)

Click Next, name it “Outlook,” then Finish

Now Outlook will launch every time you log in.

To have Outlook start automatically after a restart, add its shortcut to the Windows Startup folder so it launches when Windows starts.

    For Windows 10 or 8:

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
    2. Type (or paste) this path and press Enter:
         %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    3. Open the Start menu, find Outlook (Microsoft Outlook), right‑click it, and choose Open file location (may be under More).
    4. In the folder that opens, copy the Outlook shortcut (Ctrl + C).
    5. Paste the shortcut into the Startup folder opened in step 2 (Ctrl + V).

Outlook will now start automatically the next time Windows starts after a restart. To stop it from auto‑starting, delete the Outlook shortcut from that Startup folder.

    For Windows 7:

    1. Click Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office.
    2. Right‑click Microsoft Outlook and click Copy.
    3. In All Programs, right‑click the Startup folder and click Explore.
    4. In the window that opens, click Organize > Paste to place the Outlook shortcut in the Startup folder.
