To help narrow down the issue:
- Are you opening OneDrive from a browser or the OneDrive app?
- Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
- Does the same error show on a different browser (Edge/Chrome) or device?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:
- Sign out of OneDrive, then sign back in
- Open OneDrive in InPrivate/Incognito mode
- Try a different browser
- Check if you can access it here: https://outlook.live.com/mail
If it works in another browser or Incognito, it could be cache or extensions blocking it.
Also, that “Access is denied (0x80070005)” can happen if:
- You don’t have permission to the files/folder
- The account session is stuck or corrupted
If this is a work/school account, your admin might need to check permissions.
