Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

Trying to raise a ticket from the Engage Center for the same issue, but under the product tab, I am not able to see certifications column.
