Your processor indicates your system is fully Windows 11 compatible, but there may be a problem with the way Windows 10 is installed, I need to check something to provide you with a solution.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Windows 11 is offered through Windows Update only when both software and hardware requirements are fully met and Microsoft has validated the specific PC configuration. Meeting CPU/RAM/storage alone is not sufficient; other requirements must also be satisfied.

    Follow these steps in order:

    1. Confirm Windows 10 version
Windows 11 upgrade via Windows Update requires Windows 10 version 2004 or later.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install all available updates until no more are offered.
    2. Verify Windows 11 hardware requirements
In addition to CPU, RAM, and storage, Windows 11 requires:
      • UEFI firmware with Secure Boot capability
      • TPM 2.0 enabled
      • Graphics compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
      • Display at least 720p and >9"
Check the full list in Windows 11 System Requirements. If Secure Boot or TPM 2.0 is disabled in firmware, enable them and then try Windows Update again.
    3. Use PC Health Check to confirm eligibility
Download and run the PC Health Check app from the Windows 11 page: PC Health Check app.
      • If it reports the device is eligible, the upgrade will eventually appear in Windows Update once Microsoft has validated the configuration.
      • If it reports any requirement not met (for example, TPM or Secure Boot), fix that issue first.
    4. Check Windows Update for Windows 11
      • Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update (or use this shortcut: Windows Update).
      • Select Check for updates.
      • Install any pending Windows 10 updates, restart, then check again.
When Windows 11 is ready for the device, Windows Update will show a message that Windows 11 is ready with a Download and install button.
    5. If Windows 11 still does not appear
If PC Health Check confirms eligibility but Windows 11 is still not offered, it may be due to phased rollout or a compatibility hold for specific drivers or configurations. In that case, wait until Windows Update offers it, or use the official Windows 11 installation options once available for the device, ensuring all data is backed up first.

Note: Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is free when the device is eligible.
