Account locked due to 30-day security info update – urgent access needed

I recently updated the security information (such as phone number/email) on my Microsoft account. After making this change, my account has been placed under a 30-day security waiting period, and I am currently unable to access important services.

This account is very important to me, and I urgently need access as soon as possible. I understand this waiting period is for security reasons, but I would like to ask if there is any way to verify my identity and regain access before the 30 days are completed.

I can provide any necessary information to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account (previous passwords, devices used, account activity, etc.).

Please let me know if there is any possible solution or alternative way to recover access sooner.

Once that 30d lock drops into the isolated auth‑tier it can’t be lifted, so u just check the recovery page from time to time for any early update—the timer’s the only path.
