Unable to change Legal Name in MS Learn Profile or submit Credential Support ticket

After trying all possible options I am seeking help here to try to connect to MS Support to change my legal name. I only want to add my full middle name instead of just the initial. I am not sure if that is even needed but let me know if I will be allowed to appear for certification if my ID says Vishakha Goving Lokhande and my legal name is Vishakha G Lokhande in MS profile. Please note that I had once taken a Trial Azure subscription from this profile (which may be makes it treat like business profile and not personal)

Any help or direction is much appreciated.

Things I have already tried:

  1. Updating profile settings from MS Learn. It tell me "Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name."
  2. I went to Credential Support page which look like below and the dropdown does not have the option "Learning" which is mentioned in this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request

  3. I have tried to select some related options in that dropdown but it takes me to Partner Solution's site which is not helpful either.
  4. I have called numbers listed on this page but the IVR does not understand the issue or category of issue and hangs up on me. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Legal name changes that require review must be handled by the Credentials Support team; they cannot be completed only from profile settings.

To reach Credentials Support for a legal name correction:

    1. Open the online support request page for credentials: go to the online support request entry point described under How to submit a support request.
    2. In the form:
      • For Product family, select Learning.
      • For Product or Service, select Microsoft Credentials.
      • Choose the category that best matches the issue (for example, profile or account-related).
      • For Types of Support, select Professional No Charge.
      • Enter location, time zone, and choose Email as the contact method (support is provided only by email even if Phone is selected).
    3. In the description, clearly state that the legal name in the Learn profile must be updated to match the government ID and that the in-product change path is directing to support.
    4. Submit the case and wait for the email confirmation with a case number. Credentials Support will respond during business hours and can complete the legal name update after verification.

If the Learn profile UI continues to redirect to a generic “Support for Business” experience where “Learning” is not available, use the same credentials-support entry point but ensure that Product family = Learning and Product or Service = Microsoft Credentials are selected as described above. If necessary, try again from a different browser or device until those options appear, then submit the ticket.

Regarding exam admission, the documentation in this context does not state whether an initial vs. full middle name difference is acceptable at the test center; therefore, aligning the Learn legal name with the ID via Credentials Support is the correct and supported approach.
