After trying all possible options I am seeking help here to try to connect to MS Support to change my legal name. I only want to add my full middle name instead of just the initial. I am not sure if that is even needed but let me know if I will be allowed to appear for certification if my ID says Vishakha Goving Lokhande and my legal name is Vishakha G Lokhande in MS profile. Please note that I had once taken a Trial Azure subscription from this profile (which may be makes it treat like business profile and not personal)

Legal name changes that require review must be handled by the Credentials Support team; they cannot be completed only from profile settings.
To reach Credentials Support for a legal name correction:
If the Learn profile UI continues to redirect to a generic “Support for Business” experience where “Learning” is not available, use the same credentials-support entry point but ensure that Product family = Learning and Product or Service = Microsoft Credentials are selected as described above. If necessary, try again from a different browser or device until those options appear, then submit the ticket.
Regarding exam admission, the documentation in this context does not state whether an initial vs. full middle name difference is acceptable at the test center; therefore, aligning the Learn legal name with the ID via Credentials Support is the correct and supported approach.
