I'm sorry to hear you're running into this, to help this get diagnosed better, I've got a quick question, are you using Outlook desktop, web, or both or any other mail app?
This usually points to a move/sync or view issue rather than permanent loss.
If you're using Outlook, you can try the following:
- Search for one email that was inside that folder → right‑click → Open folder location (often shows where it was moved)
- Expand all folders in the sidebar (it may be nested under another folder)
- Check Deleted Items and Recover deleted items
- Check Outlook on the web
- If the folder appears there → desktop/view issue
- If not → it may have been moved or removed server‑side
