I am unable to access Copilot Pro despite purchasing Microsoft 365 premium. I signed out of both copilot and my outlook account, numerous times as directed, then signed in again. All Windows and system updates are most current

I have upgraded to Microsoft 365 premium. I am unable to use Copilot pro. I have updated Windows, signed out of copilot , the free version. Please help.
