Outlook on the PC is currently signed in to the wrong Office account (the club address) and is also showing as “Unlicensed product”. That prevents Outlook from working correctly, including creating new email.
To fix this, the Office sign‑in for Outlook must be corrected so that it uses the business account that owns the Microsoft 365 license (the essio.se account), and then Outlook may need repair or a new profile if problems remain.
Recommended steps:
- Sign out of the wrong Office account in Outlook
- In Outlook, go to File > Office Account.
- Under User Information, sign out from the account shown as
******@kabehusbilsklubb.se. - Close Outlook.
- Sign in with the licensed business account
- Start Outlook again.
- When prompted to sign in to Office, enter the business account
******@essio.se(the one with the Office 365 for business license) and complete the sign‑in. - Confirm that the title bar no longer shows “Outlook (Ej licensierad produkt)”.
- Repair Office if Outlook still does not behave correctly
If Outlook still cannot create new email or behaves unexpectedly after correcting the sign‑in:
- Close Outlook.
- Open Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
- Right‑click the Microsoft 365 installation and choose Change > Online Repair.
- Let the repair complete and restart the PC, then start Outlook and sign in again with
******@essio.seif requested.
- Recreate the Outlook profile if issues persist
If problems continue after repair:
- Close Outlook.
- Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Mail.
- Select Show Profiles.
- Select the existing profile and choose Remove (only if mail is stored on the server/Exchange and not only locally).
- Select Add, give the profile a name, and add the Exchange account
******@essio.se. - Finish setup and start Outlook with this new profile.
These steps ensure Outlook is licensed and connected with the correct business mailbox so that “Ny e‑post” works again.
