Move data to a new profile ___@outlook-- to xxx@outllook-- so both profiles can use the old information on onedrive etc. but not be able to use or see any new data?

[Moderation note: PII removed]@hotmail.com is the longtime profile with photos and data. party one is to have this account and some data and some photos.

The new Account requires all the photos and all the data.

The two accounts are them not to see each other's information without the login detail.

There are four computers all synced. two to stay at on address and two at the work address. Two at each address to be on one account and synced.

[Moderation note: PII removed]@hotmail.com account and M365 when with the sale and all the emails and domain.

I have all so lost [Moderation note: PII removed]@outlook.com while trying to set up a new profile.

Can you help regards Rob

    Hi, Robert Withers

For what you want, don’t try to make one profile split itself into two accounts. Treat them as two separate Microsoft accounts. Sign in to the old OneDrive account, copy/download the photos and files you want, then sign in to the new account and upload them there. After the copy is complete, stop sharing between the two accounts, unless you specifically want both people to access the same folder.

For the four computers, unlink OneDrive on each PC first, then sign two PCs into the old account and two PCs into the new account. That way each pair syncs only with its own account.

Do not close or delete the old Hotmail/Outlook account until you have confirmed all files, photos, emails, contacts, and subscriptions are safe. If your @outlook.com account was lost during setup, try Microsoft account recovery form for that account first before changing anything else.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
