How to remove reoccurring charge

Question

There are two charges from Microsoft on my American Express card that I believe are inaccurate.

There is also a "reoccurring charge" for a Microsoft Family package that I no longer need/want and I would like a refund.

Both are on my Amex. I tried to call Microsoft to have this charge removed. I have NEVER used it, and find this reoccurring charge frustrating. Please HELP!!!!!
