I have used this site for myself and my husband for years, and now I can not get logged into it. This happened a while back, but with their help, I got back in. Now it's happening again, and it appears to be blocked on my desktop.

Help!!

Hello, when you said you could not login, what exactly was the behavior? Did it give you any error message? If so, can you please share what it says? Have you tried logging in on a different device in the same network? Does it work on a different device?

I would like to know, if you launch your browser in private mode or in incognito mode, does it let you login?

Please provide as much information as you can. So far from what you provided is not enough to narrow down. Thank you.

Troubleshooting steps for being unable to sign in, when the site appears blocked on a specific device (desktop):

    1. Verify the account and password
      • Make sure the correct username and password are being used and that the password has not expired.
      • If unsure or if sign-in errors mention an incorrect password, reset the password using that site’s official “Forgot password” or recovery option.
    2. Check if the problem is only on the desktop
      • Try signing in to MyChart from another device (phone, tablet, or another PC) on the same account.
      • If sign-in works elsewhere but not on the desktop, the issue is likely with the desktop browser or its security settings.
    3. Clear browser cache and cookies
      • On the desktop, open the browser used for MyChart.
      • Clear browsing data (cache and cookies), then close and reopen the browser and try signing in again.
    4. Try a different browser
      • If using Microsoft Edge, try Google Chrome or another browser installed on the PC.
      • If it works in another browser, the original browser may have stricter settings, extensions, or cached data causing the block.
    5. Check security and trusted sites settings
      • If using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge on Windows, review the Trusted sites list in Internet Options:
        • Open Internet PropertiesSecurity.
        • If the MyChart site was added as a Trusted site, remove it temporarily and test again, or ensure all related sign-in domains are treated consistently so cookies can be shared.
      • Similar cookie/security-zone issues can cause sign-in loops or apparent blocking on Microsoft sites; the same mechanism can affect other secure sites.
    6. Check for account lock or sign-in risk
      • If repeated incorrect sign-in attempts occurred, the account may be temporarily locked or flagged as risky.
      • Wait at least 24 hours without further sign-in attempts, then try again.
      • If the site offers its own “account recovery” or “unblock” flow, follow it.
    7. Network and device checks
      • Restart the PC and home router/modem.
      • If possible, test from a different network (for example, mobile hotspot) to rule out network-level blocking.
    8. Contact MyChart or provider support
      • Since sign-in and blocking behavior are controlled by the MyChart system and the healthcare provider, contact their support directly (often via phone or a “technical support” link on the MyChart sign-in page) and mention:
        • The account is long-standing and worked previously.
        • The issue occurs only on the desktop (if confirmed).
        • Any specific error messages seen.

If the desktop is also used for Microsoft services (Outlook.com, Microsoft account, or My Apps portal) and similar sign-in issues appear there, use the relevant Microsoft sign-in troubleshooting guidance from the references below to confirm the PC’s browser and security settings are healthy.
