Not able to launch DP-100 exercise

Question

I am not able to launch any of the exercises in the DP100 course in MS learn page. I am getting the following error. Here is a link to the page with the launch button and once I click the launch button, I am getting a 404 error. This happens with all exercises in the DP-100 course.
