    Dear @Tam, David,

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while attempting the Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage canvas apps with Power Apps assessment. I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to access the provided Power Apps environment during the lab.

Please kindly note that the Applied Skills assessment uses a temporary, dedicated lab environment which is provisioned specifically for each attempt and is only accessible during the active session. If the environment fails to load or you encounter sign-in issues, the system will still register the session as an attempt, even if the assessment could not be fully completed.

As part of the current policy, a 72-hour waiting period is required before you can start a new attempt. After this period, you will be able to relaunch the assessment from your Microsoft Learn profile, and a new, clean lab environment will be automatically provisioned for your next session.

For your next attempt, I recommend the following to help minimize potential issues:

    • Use the latest version of Microsoft Edge or another supported browser
    • Launch the assessment in a private/incognito window
    • Disable VPN or proxy connections if applicable
    • Ensure a stable internet connection throughout the session
    • Carefully follow the instructions within the lab, especially when using the provided credentials

If the issue persists during your next attempt, I recommend contacting Microsoft Training, Certification, and Program Support with details such as the assessment name, date/time of the attempt, and any error messages or screenshots. This will allow the appropriate team to investigate the lab environment further.

I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. I am here to support you.
