The buzzing is most likely from the speaker cone in your laptop.
The only fix is to replace the speaker. The motherboard chip that provides sound doesn't vibrate.

I have a windows 11 laptop, it keeps giving strong buzzing sounds whenever i play some audio using the default output device though it depends on how strong the audio is. How can i fix it?

It's probably an hardware issue with your audio card.
There's no Windows setting to fix it.
