Restart the PC once.
You should see a "I forgot my PIN" option. That should help you out.
- Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted (this verifies your identity).
- Complete the security verification (email code / SMS / authenticator if enabled).
- Once verified, you’ll be prompted to set a new PIN → enter and confirm it.
- Click OK/Continue, then sign in using the new PIN.
Otherwise keep the PC on for a few hours > Restart > Try again. More steps:
