my email has been hacked i need to speak to someone

Hi Brian

I didn't receive any emails for a couple of days and that was strange so I checked and all my outlook page is in a foreign language and the little initial symbol in the top right has changed from my initials to them the opposite way round. All the ribbon is in foreign language and they have set up sub files on the left hand side.

I have gone through the process of changing my password but I still have the foreign writing

Please help I have been trying this for 7hours now

Make sure your password is long, complex and unique. It's best to use a password manager to create and remember it for you. Enable two-factor authentication or passkeys. After changing your password, visit https://account.live.com/proofs/manage, slide down to the "Sign out everywhere" Section and click the link there to log everyone out of your account. Visit https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/general/timeAndLanguage/regional to make sure the language is what you want it to be.

What makes you believe your account was hacked? Give all the symptoms and include any error messages you see exactly as they appear on your screen. Can you log in or not? Are you using a unique password that's also long and complex or is it shared with other accounts? Do you have two-factor authentication or passkeys enabled? Did you generate and save any recovery keys?
