My pc cannot find a ps4 controller on bluetooth

Question

I have tried for 2 days now, the pc just cannot find the ps4 controller through bluetooth and no its not the controller or anything else I have already checked them.

I would really appreciate some help.

Hi,

Access the device manager, go to the Bluetooth tab and check if you have a wireless controller. If you do, go to Start Menu > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > find Wireless Controller > click on the option ... > select Remove devices.

Restart your PC.

And try adding the controller again if Bluetooth doesn't work.
