Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications in 2024.

All credentials are now on Microsoft Learn but badges are not provided, only certificates.

Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

Yes, AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) is an eligible Microsoft certification and has an associated digital badge.

    After passing the exam:

    1. The certification and badge are managed in the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard, not in Credly (Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications).
    2. It can take 24–48 hours for the result and badge to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard, especially if the exam was recent or over a weekend.
    3. Badges and certificates can be accessed from the Certification Dashboard via the “Credentials” → “Certifications” area and the badges section.

If the badge still does not appear after this time, use Microsoft Credentials Support so the certification team can check the account and fix missing certifications or badges.
