    Hi @palmerston care

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Based on the domain you provided, I performed a quick check using WHOIS Domain Lookup - Find out who owns a website - GoDaddy. From what I could see, your domain was updated on 13/4/2026, which appears to be shortly after the time you noticed the mail flow becoming frozen.

This information is provided as a convenience to you. These sites are not controlled by Microsoft, and Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any software or information found there. Please ensure that you fully understand the risks before using any suggestions from the above link.

With that in mind, I would recommend contacting your domain provider to confirm whether there may be anything related to the domain that could be contributing to the situation.

In addition, you may also want to reach out to your IT administrator. They can sign in to the Microsoft Admin Center and review the domain status under the Domains section using the following link: https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/Domains

I hope this helps provide some direction for your next steps. If you have any updates or additional details to share, I would truly appreciate hearing from you.
