    Hi @Maurice Tuning ,

You could try the following two solutions:

    • By Disabling Run Microsoft Edge as an Administrator
      Follow these steps:
      1. Right-click on Microsoft Edge icon there and select Properties.
      2. Select Compatibility tab.
      3. Under the Settings section, uncheck the box next to Run this program as an administrator.
      4. Press Apply and then OK to save the changes and exit.
      5. Close Edge and re-launch to check if it work.
    • By Changing the User Account Control Settings
      Follow these steps:
      1. Press the Win + R keys to launch the Run command window.
      2. Type useraccountcontrolsettings in the search field and hit Enter.
      3. On the left side of the pane, slide the bar to the second last level to set it to Notify me only when applications try to make changes to my computer (do not dim my desktop).
      4. Press OK to apply the changes and exit.
      5. Open Edge and you should not be in Administrator Mode now.

    Hope this can help you.

    Best regards,
    Xudong Peng
