Create AG by SQL command, and it is return error
"Unable to bring the windows server failover clustering (wsfc) resource (ID "3da51113-fa21-4486-b1d0-83148dea2b72") online (error code 5018). The wsfc service may not be running, may not be accessible in its current state, or the wsfc resource may not be in a state that accepts requests"
