This issue cannot be fixed from the Microsoft Q&A side and requires program support.
For Microsoft Learn ↔ Elevate for Educators sync problems (for example, status stuck as INCOMPLETE even though all required learning paths and badges appear on the Learn profile), the supported path is to contact the Microsoft Learn for Educators support team so they can:
- Verify that the correct Microsoft Learn account and Elevate account are linked.
- Check the backend sync status for the specific program (MIE Explorer 2026–2027) and rerun or repair the synchronization if needed.
Use the Microsoft Learn for Educators support channel:
- Review the MSLE FAQ first for any known issues or required steps.
- If the FAQ does not resolve the problem, open a ticket through the MSLE support experience and include:
- Microsoft Learn ID (as already provided).
- Program name (MIE Explorer 2026–2027).
- Confirmation that the required Elevate Educator – Explorer (General) and Elevate Educator – Expert (General) achievements appear as completed in the Learn profile.
- Screenshots of the Elevate portal showing “Rejoin failed… trying again” and the INCOMPLETE status.
The MSLE support team is the only channel that can manually correct or resync completion status for Elevate for Educators programs.
