windows 11 hp compaq elite cmt computer won't automatically go into sleep mode

Question

My computer is set to turn off display at one hour, go to sleep at two hours and hibernate never.

However, it never turns off the display or goes to sleep.

What do I need to do to fix this?

Are you sure your HP is from the Compaq Elite series? If so, it is actually not compatible with Windows 11.

Can you please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up .
