    Thank you for posting on MS Learn Q&A.

    This issue seems related to Azure for Students not to Azure SQL Database itself.

    You should sign in using your official university email address and not a personal Microsoft account.

    Try from an incognito browser window and clear browser cookies and cache and retry.

    If the university domain is not recognized by Microsoft verification system, you may need to contact your university IT department or Microsoft Education support.
