Help! Windows Server 2019 not booting

Question

Hi,

we have Windows Srv 2019 Standard MAK installed our RAID configured Huawei server. recently raid controller of server get failed and after replacing the raid controller windows server is not booting always get stuck and trouble shooting options prompt..

Please help , how to recover the data , its very impartent.

I'd contact the raid controller support for help with the hardware replacement.

Hi there,

It seems your hardware changes have caused the BSOD in the PC. Try fixing the hardware probably and load the OS with a USB drive and repair the PC.

To recover data some options include:

a) moving the drive to an empty bay of another computer followed by copy and paste

b) moving the drive to a hardware enclosure followed by copy and paste

c) creating a bootable Ubuntu flash drive followed by copy and paste (GUI approach)
