Based on your description, you are unable to switch from your personal account to your business account on your laptop.
Please note that Windows does not directly “switch” between accounts. Instead, you need to add or reconnect your work account properly.
For better understanding your situation, could you please confirm me as:
- Where does the issue happen (login screen, Outlook, Teams, etc.)?
- Does it appear any error message?
In the meantime, here is suggestion to add your work account you can refer to:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
Select Connect
Sign in with your work account credentials
Complete verification if prompted
