How to reschedule my exam : PL-300 - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst - English (ENU)

I am not able to find proper guidance to reschedule

To reschedule the PL-300 exam, use the Microsoft Learn profile and the exam provider site.

1. Sign in to the Learn profile
   • Go to the Learn profile sign-in page and sign in with the account used to schedule the exam.
   • From the avatar menu, select Profile.
2. Open Certifications
   • In the profile menu, select Credentials.
   • Then select Certifications (beside Applied Skills).
3. Locate the PL-300 exam appointment
   • Scroll to find the scheduled PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam.
   • Under that exam, select Reschedule.
4. Complete rescheduling on the exam provider site
   • After selecting Reschedule, the browser redirects to the exam delivery provider (typically Pearson VUE).
   • Follow the on-screen steps there to choose a new date, time, and delivery method (test center or online, if available).

Policy notes:

• Reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee (or voucher) is forfeited.
• If the exam was scheduled with a special offer (for example, a free exam campaign), rescheduling must still comply with that offer’s expiration date.

If any error occurs during rescheduling (for example, account blocks or technical issues), contact Pearson VUE support or Microsoft Certification Support using the support links provided in the documentation.
